MANILA, Philippines - Users of Globe's prepaid Wi-Fi service, Globe At Home Prepaid Wi-Fi, can now take advantage of a very wallet-friendly data package offering 1GB of knowledge for just P15.
The tariff of the new promo is very appealing, since P50 will be the typical rate for 1GB of internet data on Globe's prepaid home Wi-Fi kit as well as on mobile devices on either Globe or Smart. For typical social websites use, 1GB is a bit more than enough. But for people who watch a great deal of YouTube and Netflix videos, 1GB could be depleted in several hours. However, users can't outright sign up for the promo. You'd need to register first with GoSURF50, which costs P50, and provide 1GB of internet data for three days. Once registered, you can then get HomeSURF15, that offers the P15/1GB rate valid for just one day. On the plus side, you'll be able to use HomeSURF15 at as many times as you desire until your GoSURF50 registration expires in 72 hrs.
Along with HomeSURF15 are HomeSURF promos with bigger data allocations made available: HomeSURF349 nets users 10 GB of web data for P349 valid for 10 days, while HomeSURF599 offers 15 GB of knowledge for P599 valid for thirty days.
